This is a temporary position until our Psychologist returns from parental leave.
MA degree in psychology (specialising in school psychology), equivalent qualifications or certificate of School Psychologist;
Intermediate level of Estonian (B2) and an advanced level of English (C1);
Strong understanding of student well-being and behavior management;
Proven experience working with pupils, parents and teachers in an educational setting;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team;
Excellent communication, mediation and problem-solving skills.
