School Psychologist

Join our team as a full-time School Psychologist starting in February/March. This is a temporary position (parental leave).

Your main daily tasks

  • To support pupilsĀ“ ability to learn and teachersĀ“ ability to teach. To apply expertise in mental health, learning and behavior;

  • To help children and youth succeed academically, socially, behaviorally and emotionally;

  • To partner with families, teachers, school administration and other professionals to create safe and supportive learning environment.

  • This is a temporary position until our Psychologist returns from parental leave.

Our requirements for this position

  • MA degree in psychology (specialising in school psychology), equivalent qualifications or certificate of School Psychologist;

  • Intermediate level of Estonian (B2) and an advanced level of English (C1);

  • Strong understanding of student well-being and behavior management;

  • Proven experience working with pupils, parents and teachers in an educational setting;

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team;

  • Excellent communication, mediation and problem-solving skills.
