Support student well-being and development through early intervention, guidance and cooperation with teachers and school leadership;
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment, managing behavior and disciplinary processes;
Act as a communication link between pupils, families, teachers and leadership, ensuring smooth handling of day-to-day concerns;
Implement school regulations, policies and directives consistently in daily practice and in line with European School standards;
Participate in the development of policies, action plans and community-building initiatives.
MA degree (preferably in education, psychology, social sciences or a related field);
Intermediate level of Estonian (B2) and an advanced level of English (C1);
Strong understanding of student well-being and behavior management;
Proven experience working with pupils, parents and teachers in an educational setting;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team;
Excellent communication, mediation and problem-solving skills.
