Implementing and assessing a high standard of teaching and learning.
Participating in the leadership of the School.
Planning and organising the studies and educational activities of the secondary students.
Being responsible for the pupils’ well-being, behaviour and discipline.
Ensuring smooth communication with parents, teachers, pupils and other stakeholders.
Qualification: Master’s degree
Work experience: Experience in educational management. Experience in teaching is a plus.
Advanced professional knowledge and skills:
Good knowledge of educational regulations and policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of digital competence
Ability to achieve high standards
Language skills:
English - advanced level (C1)
Knowledge of Estonian is a plus (could be in the process of reaching C1 in 5 years)
Knowledge of other official EU languages is an asset
